Australia. I have been sailing for
most of the last 45 to 50 years so not a
youngster but still fit and
agile. Would prefer not to be on the
foredeck.....leave that for the even
more fit and agile. But have no
problem amid ships working strings and
spinnaker /headsail trim. Have sailed on
yachts from 10 ft dinghies to 58 ft
ocean racers. Also have some small to
medium Cat experience.

Qualifications: RYA/MCA Day Skipper/Watch Leader, PPCDL (Singapore)
3,000 miles combined sail & power experience, all in SE Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Tioman, Indonesia), coastal passages, deliveries/cruising. Sailed on 36’+ classic sloops, Beneteau First 40.7 and 85ft historic S/V as a crew/watch leader. Extensive motor boating experience (3+ years driving powerboats up to 65ft including own sports cruiser, knowledge of chartplotters, radars, AIS etc) may be an additional benefit. I am available for prep days and all regatta days. I am based in Singapore but will fly over for the race. Can do small boat repairs, cook for a team. Happy to work any part of the boat and muck in where needed. Athletic, fit, reliable, fast learner, team player, easy to get on with. No bad habits. Speak English and Russian. Qualifications: Two Top of the Gulf regattas as helmsman.
I am 44 years old and have owned several keel boats, J24, Duncanson IMS 38 (Dictator), Frers 40 Racer -- (Joint Venture) and Wild One a Inglis 47. I have both inshore racing a cruising Skippers certification by the AYF, I have competed as a skipper in several offshore events, Sydney to Hobart 1998, several Melbourne to Devonport races and Melbourne to Hobarts, I have also competed in many races and series on the bay in Melbourne Australia as well as racing the duncanson in several two handed events, I have competed in two Top of the Gulf regattas as helmsman. I am also available for deliveries.
