Participants compete entirely at their own risk. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, the prescriptions of the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand, the IRC 2005 Handicap Rules Parts 1, 2 & 3, the OMR rule for Ocean Multihulls, the Platu Class Rules, this Notice of Race, and the Sailing Instructions.
